But seriously, the best solution is an 80s style scheme where someone reads the speech to you over a headset that somehow people don't notice. Halfway through the speech hilarious hijinks will ensue as the person reading you the lines has some mishap, with you repeating all the outbursts!

print the speech onto standard a4 sheets and read from them in such a way it blocks your face from the judging eyes of the audience
