Smashingpmkns 09/10/17 3:57:21 PM #1:	I'm still kinda torn up that Nucky killed Jimmy instead of Eli. Like wtf dude? I didn't like Jimmy's actor very much but I liked the character. Sad to see him go. On the other hand, the guy who plays Eli is phenomenal but I fucking hate Eli lol And they had to kill the Butcher too? God damnit. Should have killed Jimmy's mom, Richard. TheDarkCircle 09/10/17 4:06:48 PM #6:	Bobby Cannavale single-handedly carries S3 on his back. Buscemi and everyone is still good, but without Jimmy, Nucky's character is never the same imo. My girlfriend and I both really don't like the actor who played him but we were pretty upset that he died. That connection between James and Nuck made for great story telling. My brother said the series falls off after season 2. He plays it very over-the-top, but he's so committed to his performance, it really worked for me. I couldn't take my eyes off him. TC, imo, I do find the series falls off after S2. Season 3 is just ok imo, but Bobby saves it in my opinion. Season 4 is terrible and basically pointless. The last season takes the show and story in a somewhat different direction, but it worked for me. I thought it was clever how they do it. I don't want to stay too much because I don't want to spoil anything. But it's worth your time to stick it out.
