I know there will be announcementa but the BotW/Odyssey level stuff that gets announced a bit before is missing. Don't know how Metroid 4 will turn out and I don't trust Pokemon to come out in 2018. Going by Gamefreak and TPC, they just started working on it. Then again, they're pretty lazy, so they might just reuse everything and just up the resolution to meet the deadline. Scalpers are also a huge problem since they use bots and whatnot and at one point there was like 100K eBay listings back in the early days for this thing. Nintendo knows all this and that's why they're slow on increasing production. Supply output is at 2 million a quarter right now. There's no guarantee that demand can be maintained past Jan-March.
