Which is the most boring?

This is strictly about watching on TV, not in the stadium. Also, I'm talking strictly about which one is the least exciting to watch from a pure athletic standpoint. Don't consider the off season, story lines, specific player legacies and what not when answering this question. Purely, which of these sport events do you like watching the least?

I can get behind the reasoning to watch all the sports and I see why they're entertaining.

But after trying to watch it numerous time, your American football is like the most idiotic popular sport ever.
4x15mins which last like three hours. No constat game flow, just time outs, commercials and a bunch of people smashing each other's head on a pile.
Epitome of America.

Basketball, easily. No suspense whatsoever with this sport, outside of literally the last minute of the game. "Wow they scored again? Really? Big surprise"

In football and baseball you have many tense and entertaining moments throughout the game, guaranteed.

Much more enjoyable watching 90 mins plus overtime to end in a 0-0 tie, right?

Disclaimer: I love soccer, i just think it's idiotic to call out one sport when there are obvious (opinionated) flaws in another.

Well, the topic says IYO.
But I'd rather watch a 2x45 mins of uninterrupted play than 4x15 which lasts 3 hours.
