It's important to note that by "Harry Potter", he's referring to the idea of witches and wizards attending a magical school, rather than indicating any formal crossover between the two franchises (although yes please let's go). Previous tweets have seemed to have hint at a game called Spellbound, and the presence of those witches in what definitely resembles a cutesy life-sim world could point to this being the same project.
