Like, can you even do such a thing over 19 dollars? Settle down dentists, I'll be there to pay your monies when I get my cleaning.

Also the letter is worded very aggressive and very poorly.

"We have at this point no other alternative but pursue legal action. If we do not hear from you within ten business days of this letter."

Is "at this point" even needed. Why does it have to be two sentences? Also please define "ten business days of this letter" better. Like the letter is marked August 25th, but postmarked August 28th.
