So uh, here's something about Stardew Valley that will throw Harvest Moon players off: You can just plant your crops as a 3x3. As a matter of fact, its more optimal to do 3x3s. And you don't need space in between. You can walk on crops without damaging them. It also consolidates space so you can get more out of your Scarecrows.


And dammit TC you're making me wanna go back and dig into my idea of playing a druggie schoolgirl who only grows stuff for alcohol and coffee.

but how will i water the middle one when theyve grown more?
i only got the 1x1 watering can

Pretty sure regular crops don't block you.

Fruit trees might tho

Only crops that grow on a trellis need a space to water. Other than that, you can step on them all you want without damaging them or being blocked. I usually run 3x5 blocks in the beginning when my watering can is still being upgraded. Usually winds up being like a 3x10 or whatever fits.

im on the 11th day, ive got some nice bean plants growing, a harvest of cauliflower soon

ive only found 27 residents, cant find the last fucker

what are some things I should start on? ive cleared out a good portion of my farm, so plenty of room for easy growth

are there like quests/stories in this game, how do i talk to people they are just like "oh did u want something"

There's a run-down community center. I forget exactly how, but it eventually unlocks the Bundles. These Bundles require you to turn in specific items which give you a reward. Each room in the center has multiple bundles; completing all bundles in a room gives a rather large reward. For example, one room gives you a free friendship boost with every character.

I found a marijuana mod, so I'm gonna install that. Unfortunately it doesn't work with certain mods so I gotta reinstall everything. Forgot if I overwrote some of the files and the download is small enough.
