Last 4 times I pooped it's been coming out in poop flakes. Like if you made a cereal that looked like poop, that's what's been pouring out

Compare it to the Bristol Stool Chart, but from your description alone, it sounds like you are Type 5 meaning you need more fiber in your diet.

now that I think about it, I probably haven't had much fiber these last couple of weeks. I thought when you have low fiber that your poop comes out with difficulty. this is just flakes spraying out every day
