The other day I had the weirdest sensation where everything around me looked like it was on the set of a soap opera. The world looked like it was moving a different amount of frames per second and as though I could almost see into the future 5 seconds. I was hyper aware of my surroundings.

Yeah, I've known that I've had derealization for years. However, it's always been the dream like state or feeling like I'm observing an alien world. This straight up felt like I was even seeing from a different set of eyes. It didn't even freak me out because I'm used to derealization.

I mean one time for like 5 seconds it seemed like the soap opera setting was on irl but only that one time. What does this mean am I crazy
