He still feels like a C or even D list character to me. maybe cause i was never really into the Titans. He doesn't belong in the same tier as Superman, Batman and Wonderwoman. or even the Flash, or Hal or fucking Aquaman even. People laugh at Aquaman but he's a classic. and he founded the League.
