you have to be a textbook Christian. for simplicity let's just say it's Catholicism (meaning faith PLUS work)
Heaven/Hell are also real but no one knows exactly what they're like. Atheists can not go to Hell but they can't go to Heaven. if you stray from the path God will punish you proportionately. if you decide to be an atheist he leaves you alone and random chance takes control of your life. what do you do? --- don't worry, it ain't about me cuz i don't let misfortune bend me all outta shape ...
