I didn't expect to see King Knight too since King of Cards isn't here yet.

Nintendo needs more than fairies as a unique feature. having a customizable Shovel Knight isn't doing a lot of favors since before it also unlocked 2 player mode (which honestly should've been a core feature), but nothing substantial to replace it on the same tier as the Battletoads (Xbox and PC) and Kratos (Sony). after letting Ubisoft use Mario, it would've been logical to let the devs use Zelda/Fire Emblem/Kirby characters for some sort of super expansion. just go all Nexflix on it to justify doubledipping for the Switch version.


Also, barring BOTW and Fire Emblem, they've been kinda scarace with the Amiibo usage. i mean there was the Wedding variant Mario Amiibo (+ Goomba/Koopa Troopa) with their regular variants (Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach) being able to be scanned in Rabbids. i mean is Nintendo just keeping Amiibo constrained until 2018, before they unleash slightly older stuff back into focus like the Virtual Console?


I wonder if Plague Knight glows in the dark, he has that day-glo green look to him

Also, somewhat unrelated note...I'm really jealous of Arin. All those amiibo shown are stuff he bought. He has a backlit hall filled with every amiibo ever made, and he also has a lot of other "toys-to-life" collections as well.
