ALL law enforcement training should be going on at one single facility, to allow for uniform training and maintain the same standards.

You can always learn new state laws.

It'd be like joining the military, but probably much less time and less rigorous training.
But similar in that you'd get to see different parts of the USA if you wanted

Wouldn't that give people more incentive to join the police force?

It's pretty clear that currently, having people who've only grown up and seen people that look like them

is not working out for the solidarity of this nation

I propose more federal control over the personnel making up our law enforcement agencies

modeled after the way people transition into third culture when joining the military
