I think I had too much oxygen in my blood after jogging. 3 minutes under the pool water was nothing.

I have no idea how much longer I could've gone on. I didn't even feel out of breath but my nephew ignored my protests and forced me up.

good thing to. you can suffer brain damage with 3 minutes w/o air if you don't have proper training.
