What do you mean? They come with screws to screw on the case.

very easy, you just plug it into a spot on the motherboard and then screw it into the side of the case. there are ways that you can ground yourself without a static wristband, just google it

yea it'll take 5 minutes if you know what you're doing, if you dont you just need to look at the motherboard manual or google where to plug in the fan, but other than that you're set

With the computer plugged in to the wall, touch the PSU for a second. Grounded enough to plug in a fan.

If you're even worried that much - just a fan? I wouldn't bother.

Here's what you need for the job
1-a hammer
2-a toaster
3-a potato chip
4-a liquid nitrogen
And there you go

Why don't you just check a YouTube vid about it

It's very easy. Just check that the new fan is the same size and that the old screws aren't propietary or non-standard.
