What might be causing it?

Now, I am on an antibiotic, but I'd like to exclude that for now since if it IS the antibiotic I'd have no choice but to stay mildly dizzy

Is that and the wonder poops a possible side effect of the antibiotic? You think what you are taking the antibiotic for could be the culprit?

Have you been eating enough? If the antibiotic or whatever caused you to need the antibiotic is affecting your hunger then it could be that your blood sugar is low or something. I went through a similar thing recently and I think that was what the problem was for me.

And yes, I get enough water.

What's the antibiotic? And I suggest you contact your primary regarding this and fill them in on your symptoms.
