-Pants required (or equivalent like skirt, leggings, etc)
-Nipples, breasts, buttocks, genitalia must be covered
-Cleavage not required to be covered

That's basically it. Sounds like even midriff would be okay.

I'd say it's about time. High schoolers can be held accountable for their own actions. Only thing that's a little unclear is the line between "breasts covered" and "cleavage is fine," but I'm sure that can be figured out.

I work in a public school and the argument of "students get distracted when revealing clothes are worn" is a ridiculous statement. I've seen boys try to flirt with girls wearing traditional Muslim garb (only her face wasn't covered). They're hormonal teenagers, they're going to be distracted no matter what and telling the girls that it's their fault isn't helping anything.

Exactly. I've worked in public schools as well thinking boys will only be "distracted" by girls wearing leggings or low-cut tops is just silly. Teenage boys are distracted by anything female anyway.

Wut? Obviously there are teachers and school staff that abuse the authority they are given, but I don't see how students wearing clothes results in child abuse. We have to go through background checks and clearances for a reason. If you're actually a professional, it's very easy to keep a line between you and the students.

Most will just drop out anyways so wear what ever. High schools useless anyways so you might as well wear whatever. Im sure geniuses blast cleavage everywhere.
