Couple points against some posts I've seen: This fight was not about race; This fight was not about America V. Ireland. This fight was about the two best athletes of their sport fighting against each other. Personally, I wanted McGregor to win, not because I'm white or because my heritage reaches from Ireland, but because Mayweather is just a cocky piece of shit who likes to put his hands on women. And as much as McGregor likes to run his mouth, his composure after the fight, showed exactly the kind of man he is. He gave respect where it was due, and admitted that he was tired.
