Given how the guy he was reacting to was firing a blowtorch around, I'm really skeptical this guy will get any serious charges to stick. Plea down to "public discharge of firearm" is likely. That is my prediction. Like I said, I'm cool with it as long as he looses the permit to carry, and gets like 6 months in jail or something.
