The Gulf of Mexico is large he's probably not near Texas since that's not a typical cruise route.

My parents flew out of Houston this morning to go on a cruise leaving out of Washington. They picked a hell of a time to leave me housesitting.

Some are being docked in Mexico tonight and started to head back tomorrow, others are heading to New Orleans and if people want to get off they can. Then they'll head back to Galveston and Houston when the ports open again.
