what stopped you from playing it on launch/earlier? Mostly that. Itemization is much better than launch and the paragon system and greater rifts always keeps a carrot to chase. From a pure gameplay perspective its the best modern arpg. But it lacks the depth to really suck you in. D2 remains the best arpg. Path of exile has more depth and the map system is a more fun end game, but getting to end game is much less fun and can't be power leveled to in about 30 minutes like D3. --- If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all ...
