Geordi as Chief Engineer has a visor that would actually let him see information about the engines (like leaks and stuff)

Engineering - a battle-hardened combat engineer with special ops experience and a Ferengi that designed and programmed a self-replicating cloaked minefield
Science - a person with a dozen lifetimes of experience
Medical - a genetically modified superhuman with special ops experience
Wild card - a Cardassian with huge amounts of special ops and wetwork experience and a Ferengi smuggler with black market connections a mile long

I'll take that team.
