This one's probably not the worst one, but I don't notice plot holes. So the fact that it stood out to me means it's pretty obvious.

American Horror Story Coven
The bitchy girl having a heart murmur was said to be the reason that she can't be the Supreme because Supremes are always in perfect health. But when Cordelia (a woman who had her eyes gouged out) becomes Supreme, all of her injuries are healed. So a heart murmur didn't actually disqualify the bitch.

Also the swamp witch was said to be a potential Supreme because she brought people back to life, something which apparently hadn't been seen for decades. But then one of the basic tests that someone has to do to be proven the Supreme is bringing someone back to life, so her being able to do that isn't that amazing.
