There's nothing underage about them and they're about as hentai as Game of Thrones and God of War is porn

Wiki page says it's an adult yuri game and the first character listed is described as a "first year HS student" which puts her around age 15 at first glance. Dunno what to tell you. What kind of game is it? Why can't you talk about it? In which context did he say it? And so on.
You're omitting those parts, only parroting that "it's what he said". I'm not calling into question that he said it. That's not what "not the entire story" means. And I'm the dense one...

Japan also has a modest allowance of boobs in their culture but obviously bare boobs aren't allowed here. This site isn't built upon Japan's culture.

And this site was originally meant to be a database of ALL games, and yes that includes certain H games. But once the forums were opened and 13 was the age allowed to post and discuss on them, then yeah certain things had to be taken into consideration. Especially once CNET bought it out.

I don't think simply DISCUSSING the game is a moderation, especially on the board for that game, but I can definitely see a fine line that's easy to cross when doing so. Seeing as Rika is so reluctant to release the entire context of his moderation and given his history of skewing moderations to his side before in this manner, he doesn't get the benefit of my doubt.
