One gay guy I knew said he had sex with a girl after coming out as gay when he was a teen just to say that he lost his virginity. It didn't do anything for him and he has never done so again since. He never told the girl he was gay though.

I'm not even positive. Somewhere between gross and just disinterested I guess. Maybe more towards disinterested.

Before I knew I was gay, I thought I was straight for quite a while since I literally did not know that guys could like other guys, and would at least try masturbating to women. It would take a long ass time and quite a bit of work, and I found it really dull while wondering why people actually liked that. So in that regard I'd say that girls are more just "not interesting" to me than actively gross or anything.

I had high school girlfriends in my teens before I figured out I was gay and started dating guys exclusively. I had sex with girlfriends out of social obligation, not really attraction. A combination of seeing them satisfied and me getting "heteronormative" validation was enough to enable me to perform. It just wasn't satisfying for me. My body was beginning to push towards finding guys much more attractive both physically and socially.

After years of sex with men, I'm no longer conditioned to find intimacy with a woman appealing anymore. The "rewarding" factors that encouraged me to seek out female sex partners are no longer there. And it's not a personal thing. Most lesbians feel the same way when they ever consider going back to men; they can't do it. They can socialize with men, but find the idea of sex with them repulsive.
