I suck at photos but:

Pork:Generous spice rub, seared then braised in a homemade barbeque sauce. Finished off on the grill to get it crispy

Coleslaw: red cabbage, carrot, apple cider vinegar and a bit of yoghurt, sugar and seasoning

Bun: Soft french roll, toasted on the inside, lined with american mustard and sliced pickles.

Anyway it was just really great.

It looks really fancy. I'm good with saucing the shit out of a 6lbs pork shoulder in a slow cooker overnight and putting it on a bun

That works and how I used to do it, but I was just tired of how it lacked something that you get from a good restaurant. The pork usually lacks the intensity of flavour, and the texture is too soft and wet. I wanted it to be goddamn perfect, and it really was.
