I suck at photos but:
Pork:Generous spice rub, seared then braised in a homemade barbeque sauce. Finished off on the grill to get it crispy Coleslaw: red cabbage, carrot, apple cider vinegar and a bit of yoghurt, sugar and seasoning Bun: Soft french roll, toasted on the inside, lined with american mustard and sliced pickles. The pork usually lacks the intensity of flavour, and the texture is too soft and wet.
