I don't know why but I went to look up if any store bran steak sauces were good (since Im in cheap mode ever since I moved out) and all I get if articles from huff posts and others saying no one uses steak sauces anymore. (The article only mentioned in restaurants)

Is that true? Do you use steak sauce if you cook a steak at home?

Also store brand steak sauce, yay or nay?

If I'm buying beef from Walmart or Superstore, I use steak sauce. If I get a decent cut of meat, I'll just use the spices when barbecuing.

I use A1 on steak, some chicken dishes, pork chops, and meatloaf. I don't care, I like the way it tastes.

I don't use store bought steak sauce. I think most of them are worcestershire based which I think is gross with steak.

When I cook at home, the sauces I use for steak are either bearnaise, red wine reduction, peppercorn, or tare sauce. All of them are pretty easy to make except for maybe the bearnaise. And that's if I feel like using a sauce, normally the steak is great with butter and some herbs.

Who DOESN'T use steak sauce. I like A-1 Steak sauce personally

I use A-1 on burgers.

Most times I'll just cook up the patty and eat it just as it is with some sauce on it.

Nope a well cooked steak needs nothing but its own juices and some sauteed onions and mushrooms

If the steak is of any quality I won't put any sauces on it.

Sometimes I'll put some A1 on the side and dip a few pieces. A well cooked steak shouldn't need it, but damn is it good.
