if the EX doesn't like that amount be prepared for court. gotta prove how much goes for your expenses each month and pray that they won't go higher than the amount you can take.

it wont happen immediately.

>he fell for the children meme

Must be nice living in poverty for a child that will be brainwashed to hate you and never want to see you.

well then, what is it?

In either case since she's a lazy fuck she just wants to drain you out of your money?

I'm saying that she isn't hard working enough to get a job that pays above what she makes at $18/hr

Women who are truly hardworking would always try to get the best paying job possible. Not rely on free handouts from me like she is asking for child support

Doesn't mean she isn't a good mom. It just means she's lazy as hell to work hard and make more money amd would rather take the easy way out and make me pay child support

In my old job I saw this frequently. Don't know where you live but in CA you can get some help from Child Support Dept in navigating your options. I believe technically, they cannot take more than your ability to survive i.e. pay for rent, etc. Best advices I hear is make detailed record of everything you've been paying for since break-up (keep receipts, etc) and also make sure she documents where the money is going and have her break it down in writing.
