Video starts after hes on the ground resisting and is wrestling with cops. Cop gets in full mount because the guy twisted around, so instead of taking punches, he deals em because there ain't much else you can do in that position.

The cop was originally on his back trying to cuff, the man twisted around and put him in full mount, now the man has access to the officer's gun, is keeping his hands up and capable of swinging back, how do you handle that starting from there?

You just see this police officer punching this guy left and right like a cartoon. Throws like 7 punches after a brief period, then after another period another punch. This guy has been on the floor this entire time. Then the woman gets too close, is instructed to back away, and then is arrested/restrained and taken away like the man later.

I'm sorry, I don't see justification for throwing so many punches to the guy's face to restrain him.

well, I'm just trying to put it into perspective. If the guy was resisting to begin with, that puts the cop in a rough situation. :u The punching does seem kind of excessive though. You'd think there would be other ways to knock the guy out.

The cop said "face away from me, face away from me." The guy was turning around, and the officer shoved him into the car. Unless this guy had a weapon on him, it looks like the officer escalated the situation for no reason. After that the guy resisted, but I'm not sure the altercation even happens without that initial shove from the officer.

Police are supposed to deescalate situations, not make them worse.

Hubbard was ordered out of the car told to face away from the police as he was taken into custody. Police say that Hubbard ignored that order and began to physically resist as the officer took him into custody.

This same woman was getting in close, then backing off, then approaching again, all throughout the video. A cameraphone appearing isn't likely to be the reason why she was finally cuffed.

What probable cause was there for them to make an arrest. What crime did he commit that prompted them to tell him to get out of the car so they could throw him down and brat his face in.
