Second time in my career that I've seen Oslers Nodes, Janeway Lesions, and Splinter hemorrhages in 1 patient.

Nocardia bacteremia (I'm not sure how rare this is, but I've never seen it. Anyone wanna chime in? Cuz if its rare, maybe I can get a poster out of it)
