There are a ton of great bbq places but you'll probably be catatonic if you overindulge. 6th street blows but it's summertime so no one will even be there. Definitely go to Mt Bonnell. Best view in town. The Oasis restaurant is terrible. Expensive, microscopic portions, great view but Mt Bonnell is free. Try to get there a half hour before sunset. Plus the drive up (via 35th street) is straight out of a video game.
