Size (of house and lots) and location (neighborhood/city) are the main reason these are cheap. #1 and 4 looks pretty much move in ready.
#2 looks like you are going to spend a small fortune on remodeling. The roof looks like it needs replacing asap. #3 has the size and wood floors. My pick: either 3 or 4. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
