Made 3 good friends in the last few months and was friendzoned as soon as we discovered we both liked games and started rambling about Overwatch for hours and the time flew by.

I don't care since I can find women irl but dating sites are cool to find woman to be friends.

Thats cool if thats what you want.

Dating is a social thing when you look at it. You supposed to see if youre compatible with each other. Attraction, conversation, personality...

Dating apps are supposed to be half the "courtship" and i guess the matches you get do align to common interests and hobbies. You supposed to take the relationship to the next level

This. Unless he's getting friends so he has more ins with chicks through her friends. That's the way to go.

But yeah you must just be too soft TC. Soft dudes get friendzoned. Its sad but true. Im soft but I playfully act like an asshole so girls are usually into me until they realize Im actually 100% nice. Gotta be some girls out there who appreciate it but I sure as hell never found them

meh that only works in real life for me. Being direct on the internet just makes sure I never get a reply so being nice gets replies but you get friendzoned.

Never happens to me irl though when I'm more outgoing and direct it usually works out fine face to face.
