I knew she would probably go before I got out of here, but it still bums me out that I couldn't be there. I actually phoned home as she was taking her final breaths. She was a present from my mom for my 17th bday. I think my mom really wanted her for herself, which is odd since she never took to animals. My mom died a couple years later and I promised her on her deathbed that I'd look after the pup. She was a stubborn dog, but she stuck by me and could be really sweet. I loved her.

She and my cat fought like crazy. We were constantly having to seperate them. Over the last month or so, they were getting along fairly well. From what my sister tells me, the cat seems somewhat depressed. Sleeping more and constantly wants to be cuddled. I gotta get home to my baby. :-(

Your dog lived a really long life. I had to lose mine and I feel bad. The best thing is to get another one when you're good and ready. It's been a year for me, I'm in the process of getting another one.

Sorry bro. My dog died when I went to Pax years ago. I came home and the first thing I found out she was gone. Really ruined the trip for me. Now whenever I think of Pax I think of my dog dying.
