If they just mention that they're a Christian and you throw that line at them, yeah.

Wether it's correct or not doesn't mean you weren't just needlessly being an asshole. If that person was trying to convert you or something, that would be one thing, but otherwise it would be like if you went up to an overweight chick and then for no reason at all were just like "you're unattractive and are going going to die prematurely" when the person didn't do or say anything to initiate that kind of response. However if they were spouting off shit like "I'm a real woman" or "You can be healthy at any size!" or "it's okay to be this size!" and shit then there's a reason to lay down the facts, but otherwise you're not helping anything and you're just being an edgelord asshole for a sake of it.
