I believe they're Sprint-based but iunno. It's pay-as-you-go which is why I use it, and the rates are incredibly good. I never spend more than $20 a month and coverage is great.

5$ for 150mins/150messages/150mb internet within the network (99% of my contacts are within the network)
1$ for 500mb mobile data which lasts for a week.
I also have Unifi from my cable operater which covers most of my city and it doesn't have data cap.
