e^(2pi*i) = 1

He would say e^(0*i) = 1

Euler's formula is e^(i*x) = cosx + i*sinx

This is called Euler's identity for a reason. Seems like that guy is trying to sound smart.

Euler's identity is great. Has so many important numbers in a single equation.

This. There is another one out there that the equation visualizes the actual number.

It was defined by the guy who invented 0 but the definition didn't play nice with the rest of math.

0^0 is shorthand for 0/0 which was originally defined as 0 but this isn't accepted in modern math.
