Ground beef, into 3 patties, grilled and made to hamburgers.

So I had 3 burgers.

I'm stuffed

What mess?

bruh...

Only thing I will consume that much of is crab meat.

8oz steak, even 6oz is just fine with me.

I almost never eat beef anymore, unless I'm near In-N-Out Burger. (twice a year)

I do think though, that blood type has a lot to do with what you should eat.
Also, steak is good for iron lvls.

Um blood type has nothing to do with diet. There was a controversy here in Sweden some healht person made a cookbook with bloodtypes and it was debunked. There is no science behind it. HOWEVER, there is still lot we don't know, and they are researching things like genetics, individual person's bacteria flora, differences in different enzymes in the liver and more that might have effect on a person's diet.

There is still a lot we don't know. I will say this again though. Blood type has a lot to do with what you should eat. It's not as simple as that, but it's a good starting point to go along with what you said.

For me... Type O should eat lean meat, poultry , fish, fruits and vegetables, limit grains and dairy, and exercise vigorously.

As you see, very general, but it does work perfectly for me.

As of 2017 there is no scientific evidence to support the blood type diet hypothesis and no clinical evidence that it improves health.

Yeah, but the blood-type thing is debunked.

But what you said is pretty much the recommended average diet anyway.

Adherence to certain ‘Blood-Type’ diets is associated with favorable effects on some cardiometabolic risk factors, but these associations were independent of an individual's ABO genotype, so the findings do not support the ‘Blood-Type’ diet hypothesis.

I just googled and took something quick, I haven't really looked if the article is valid, but there was more to find.

This.

That's a generally healthy diet. Blood type is irrelevant.

You lose a decent amount of the weight of a burger when you cook it.
