Thanks to diet and exercising! I feel... pretty much the same as before but I'm obese af so it's gonna take a while and a lot more lbs to feel... good.

But I'm getting there.

How are you?

First GREAT JOB.

Me I have stalled out in my weight lost. Some bad family stuff happened and I didn't handle well. However I must still be losing since today my pants fall down (literally ) while I was taking out the trash. Good time I live in the sticks and no one was around.

Thank you, and family/life problems can be a detriment to our goals, but just keep powering through! You're doing great!

Is 22lbs in a month safe? I thought the generally considered safe amount was 10~ a month?
Either way good job, I guess. I'm sure losing weight that fast can't be worse for you then being obese in the long run.

Highly doubt it. The goal is typically to aim for 1-2 lbs. a week, and that's through diet and exercise alone.

Keep it up man, congratulations. Glad you found a diet and exercise regimen that works for you. 20lbs lost is a massive mile stone.

Thanks! Talking to you about gym workouts is what started me on this kick, so I have you to thank.

Very safe for someone my size starting out. I started out at 345 lbs.
