How does anyone know when they're going to make a round? Vish is in Europe, this started a bit later. He might have been eating a really good meal, or actually enjoying his Friday night, who knows?!

If the NR was for Belle instead of Mulan, you'd be all over pushing the NR for another round.

this is why I don't offer NRs tbh. I often miss most of rounds, wouldn't want to accidentally welch

but I agree with Koala - if you miss fulfilling your NR, you should let the guy pick whether you save something else that round, or the agreed character next round. like, you already didn't fulfill your end of the deal, so be gracious
