I'm making a factual statement about the quality of public education in NYC being absolute trash. Anyone who has an issue with charters in that city is either ignorant to their success or a shill for the public teacher's union who sees it as a threat to under-performing teachers.

Democrats' economic and social policies have been terrible for black people, and gradually, everyone else. The writings of Thomas Sowell are a great start on this matter.

What would you say about the Republican economic and social policies in red states and red counties? Take East Texas for example, a lot of white folks there are dirt poor without a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of yet they have been voting Republican for decades.
