When you revisit a "beginners guide" that initially confused and overwhelmed you, and now after having dedicated time to learning the craft you realise you could have written it yourself.

Yeah it feels great to have developed an understanding of something to the extent that what sounded like a different language of technical talk is no longer incomprehensible. Better yet when you're able to start speaking the jargon as well. Shop talk stuff haha. I remember starting to work on cars and being dumbfounded by guides and some of the videos I saw. Years later I still am lol but not as much and mostly feel confident I can do most part replacements on my own. But there was a time when I looked at the how to for switching my oil filter and thought it was daunting. Lol. --- -daveypots- ... Copied to Clipboard!

I'm constantly looking up "how to" guides on Youtube. It's really at the point where I don't think I know how to do anything...but I kinda do.
