Yeah I'm not talking about his mom who was his biggest fan and influence. I'm talking about his colleagues. Dude wasn't spoon fed into the industry like most current mainstream rappers.

After a couple listens of Late Registration I would only listen to Drive Slow. And then after that I was pretty much done with him. Where im at with Kanye is I can listen to his poppy radio songs and that's about it.

Except for Dropout. I could listen to that every day.

I think your friend might have him confused with T-Pain. Out of all Kanye's albums, 808's and heartbreaks was the one that was autotune heavy and that was about a decade ago.
