I think a good source of comedy could be Hank and Peggy have to raise Luanne's child for whatever reason she's written off. Flash forward a few years with Bobby in high school, too. And Hank wouldn't vote for a dirty New York business man. He probably liked Cruz because TEXAS. Series ended on a high note, with Bobby finding something he was good at and enjoyed, and was able to bond with Hank over it.
