for the past 2 months, like i just went to sleep at 11pm and now im up at 1am, it feels like somebody is thinking about me or calling for me so i get up right away wide awake. i dont like it.

You eat late night snacks?
Is it chocolatey? Are electronic devices on? Do you sleep with smartphone? For few folks eating late keeps body active despite the nocturnal mode sleep induces. Chocolate anything can keep your mind active. Electronic devices like tv and fans can make ambient noises and keep you processing the stuff happening around you. Phones might subconsciously associate the purpose of the device and make you think you hear voices. As long as the phone is near you think you hear something In the darkness, your mind fills in the blank. It remains active to determine your surroundings. By taking these sources away, maybe you can ease your mind back into an undisturbed slumber --- You don't stop playing because you grow old, You grow old because you stop playing ... Wait until you enter the constant stage of night terrors. Waking up in a warm sweat every single night. Never sure which part of your psyche is causing such discomfort. Never knowing. It just passes over time.
