They would only pay you for 3 weeks but give you 13 weeks of vacation.
He made pretty good money too.

And this was a no college job. Tbh, he never even finished high school.

I only get two weeks and probably make about the same as him when you adjust for inflation. I have a B.S. in CS. He also got a pension that has paid him 900 a month to this day. He is is like 95 years old so...

I wish I had 13 week vacation....


well I guess the plus side is I have more chance to move up and can quit and still find a place to make even more money if I wanted

but still...13 weeks....
where would I even find that?

No idea. I get a little over 7 weeks of vacation + holiday for which all are paid. I'd happily go unpaid for an extra six weeks.
