If it means you must install extra gigabytes (if smaller i don't care) and take space for something you wouldn't necessary even purchase i don't agree with at all. Otherwise dlc is dlc, i'm mostly against it either way. It really don't matter whether its dlc or not, you either download it from internet or unlock it by codes. Region pricing is understandable. Literally the same stuff they would be charging you for, just in a different place. That's not to say I want to buy DLC in the first place; just given the choice I would take the more convenient route.
