Like, a doctor mistakenly says he's dead but the guy shows up in court to testify that he's alive and the judge gets angry and screams at the guy "I don't care if you tell me you're alive, you haven't been introduced as an expert witness so you aren't legally qualified to draw conclusions as for whether or not you're alive" and then he sentences you for that guy's murder anyway since there's no admissible evidence that he's alive?
