Drink water. Stay in a place with fresh air. Eat many things through the day (fruits, candies, gum), try to listen and sing your favorite songs.

If you have to drive anywhere, do it in the first few hours.

Take a nap in the middle of the day if you need it.

Caffeine and willpower.

But don't load up on caffeine too late, better to do that at the beginning. If you need a boost to keep you going late into the day, load up on sugar instead. You'll crash hard when it wears off, so if you start you have to keep going until you're ready to relax.

Try to stay active. Make sure to get up and walk frequently or just stand instead of sitting when you can. However, if you start to feel woozy, you should sit down immediately. When you have 3 or fewer hours of sleep, *never* lean on a wall or something to rest.

Eating and drinking at regular intervals helps as well.

This so hard. Pretty much any dangerous activity should be done near the start when you're fresher.
