Now, toned coins still have value. Just because the original, feshly minted color is gone doesnt matter in some cases. some coins have rainbow tones, some have different coloration. The toning doesnt affect the grade of a coin i dont think.

The reverse has some of that toning as well but an actual black disfiguration mark unfortunately. I'd try to sell this one if not for that.

Still that, gorgeous.

I remember old ads in old comic books, I think it was the 50s or 60s, that sold modified Lincoln Cents for 10-25 cents. They had stamped hearts, another Lincoln, sunglasses, etc on the coin, and the kids bought them for ten times as much money.
